Thank you, my Charge 3 is syncing fine for last 10 days, after I reset, removed Bluetooth, removed Fitbit app, switched off iPhone 11 & turned all on again.
Now I can accurately monitor my Carb manager.
Hope it continues!

I tried the above but now my bluetooth doesn't find my Inspire HR. The thing is, it will occasionally update. I just can't make it update when I want it to anymore. I have an Android phone but not sure what made it stop updating on demand. Started a couple days ago

I've had the same problem on the iPhone 6 for sometime. Intermittent syncing. It's a pain in the a**e and a waste of time. I've done all the obvious things but it persists. I've got a Withings on order, once I receive it the FitBit will be 'retired' - to the bin!

Rather than say "rebound your device" like we all know how to do that... please give instructions for that or at least link to them. Jargon is not helpful.

mine does the same thing. I can sync to my iPhone but my iPad does its own thing as you described, but won't sync.
