Yeah, it was the actual removal that worked. All of the rebooting wasn’t helpful in this instance.

Thank you! I just tried that and it seems to work. The only thing is the hearts beats per minute still isn’t working so I can only assume I am dead.

Agree I just did it the same as you. Why can’t they just post that information on their site and save us all time looking for it?

FYI, the information you are providing is not helpful to those of us who can't sync after an IOS update. It seems that this is what needs to be addressed. Question - is this something Fitbit can fix or do we all need to wait for Apple to fix this bug? Some guidance would be helpful.

I have same syncing issue, updated to 13.4.1 on iPhone, updated fitbit app (most recent version of app in app store) charge 3 wouldn't sync, initially I could force it to by combination of restarting fitbit, deleting and reinstalling app, restarting phone - I have tried everything over the past couple of weeks. It did sync twice after lots of fiddling but then stopped again, now even it's date and time displayed is incorrect. App says no device found, Bluetooth extremely occasionally seems to find it and show it as connected in it's list of devices but only momentarily - even then it won't sync although the previous twice when it synced it was when I found Bluetooth had found it again. So I have tried all trouble shooting- when I restart the device I get a white line go across and stop but that's as far as it goes - it doesn't buzz now either!

My Versa will sync, but I’m not able to log any information since doing the latest iOS update. I’ve restarted the device, forced the app closed, and restarted my phone. There are no other devices on my account. Is there a solution in the works?

Success!!
I went onto Bluetooth settings on the phone and “Forgot both devices “. I then reinstalled them and they are working perfectly...for the moment that is. Here’s hoping that continues 😉

Thanks for such a quick reply. Unfortunately, I just tried forgetting the device and repairing it. The device will sync my steps still, but I’m still unable to log other info, like food, water, and exercise, etc. The only thing I haven’t tried is deleting the app itself. I’ll try that next. Thanks again!

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried everything posted and nothing has worked. I am hoping that with the next IOS update this will somehow get fixed.
