Last week I bought a fitbit Charge 2 en created an account. But the fitbit didn't work well and I got a new one.I deleted my account on my telephone. Now I want to setup my new Fitbit and create a new account, but they said that the email adress I provided is already in use with an existing account. What should I do?

There's no need to set up a new fitbit account - you can use the one you created earlier. Logon using your existing email and password and add the new fitbit as a new device. It will ask if you want to replace your old fitbit. Just say yes and follow the prompts.

Deleting an account so you can reuse the email in a new account is messy and takes time. Are you sure you need to create a new account? Can you not just reuse your existing account for your Versa Lite?
