Issues with versa 2 (syncing and connection)

Hi,

 

I had an issue with my Versa 2 that the screen kept flickering or had an extreme bright light. I tried restarting the watch several times on my own and after contact with support I got it to go back to normal. However, after this the watch stopped syncing to my phone. No bluetooth, no wifi. I've tried restarting my Fitbit, I've updated my Fitbit app, I've updated my iPhone software. I haven't been able to update my versa since my phone couldn't detect the versa. I've tried to force quit the app, I've turned bluetooth on and off several times. After watch reset my app says it can find the versa but it can never connect to it. my I cannot set up my watch and are now stuck. Does anyone please have ideas on how to fix this?

If push the button or move my wrist to see the face I can for about a second then it flickers with a white that has like lines in it.

Sadly this was the entire screen and I could never see my actual screen.
