It's not your trackers!! It's FitBit's latest release!!!

I do not work for FitBit!!!

Folks, so many of you are having an issue with not recieving text and call notifications or your tracker isn't vibrating or alerting you at all. In some cases, the trackers are new. This is not a "malfunction" with the tracker. FitBit tech likes to tell you to do all these resets and syncing things, but that isn't going to fix the issue. The issue (much like the last issue in June or July) is on FitBit's end. FitBit needs to fix and push another update!!! FitBit techs... I know you see this. Do not reply with "try this" or "try that". IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

This all started after they did the last update on August 11th.

It is not just an issue with one type of tracker. I've seen it posted in the forums for all trackers.

@SunsetRunner  you can see who works here by checking out this post - click

Fitbit customer support and technical support don't always see these forums, which is why they rely on the moderators to let them know when something is going on.

You have your Fitbit working ok now?

I don't need to see who works for FitBit. No, my fitbit is still not giving text or call notifications. This post was made basically to let everyone know that the FitBit techs or moderators always suggest to try this or try that. It seems to me that with everyone having the same problem right after the last release and with different trackers, that it's not our (the consumer) issue. The issue is on FitBit's end. This same thing happened in the beginning of July with the other release.

There is a thread where moderator @AlessFitbit posted about this problem. Click to go there.

She's asking people with problems to post there.

I'm not looking for a solution. FitBit will figure it out and fix it. And not to mention, that thread says for Androids. Nowhere did I see any thread or information on iPhone. It's not a phone issue. Just like it's not a tracker issue. It's a FitBit app issue
