My fitbit is working fine. But the app on my iphone keeps saying looking & won't update the info from my fitbit. I have tried switching bluetooth off & restarting my phone. Can anyone help?

Have you tried a restart of the Blaze and phone? Checked for Fitbit app updates?

@SunsetRunner that is a good possibility, your tracker, like most Bluetooth devices is only able to connect to one device at a time. If the tracker is currently connected to the phone then the tracker will not hear the Mac's request for a sync. Turning the phones Bluetooth off, or syncing through the phone will also work.
Once the sync happens through the phone, the web browser on the Mac will be updated, and doesn't care how the sync happened.
