Known issue with Fitbit Versa and iOS not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa has not been syncing for over a week now and it does not even keep time.  I have reached out to support numerous times and I get the same response.

Just got my New Fitbit Versa set up last night but now today I can’t get any active minutes to display on device or the app itself. Please help Fitbit Company, what’s up with this?

Hi @Versa_User2 @RMJ1234, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

@Versa_User2 I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with syncing your Versa to your iOS device. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and for contacting our Support team. I am sure they tried to help in the best possible manner as each case is reviewed individually. I suggest to keep communication open with our team if you have any concerns, since they have already all the details of the case and special tools to continue assisting you. I appreciate your understanding.

@RMJ1234 I am sorry to hear your active minutes are not showing on your new Versa Lite or on the app. Have you tried to swipe up from the clock face to see your stats in Fitbit Today and tap on "Settings"? Do you see the option for "Active minutes"? For more information about your Fitbit device's screen, see this help article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen? You can add stats to the Today app by following the steps from this help article: How do I add stats to the Today tab in the Fitbit app?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I am sorry if I gave you the impression that i have any understanding for this issue.  It is going on day 10 days for me and much much longer for others, over a Bluetooth issue.  I cant believe i actually have a watch that can’t keep time because unlike the knockoff headphones I buy on eBay, you can’t get a Bluetooth connection to work.

The option is not available to select under the setting screen on my actual Versa Lite, what else can I do to get these active minutes to register? Please advise. Thanks so much, Rogene
