This is indeed a very odd situation as the Fitbit app is always displayed in the language that is currently set on your phone. Please check the language on your phone by going to Settings > General > Languag & Region.
If the language is set to English, please restart your phone and open the Fitbit app once again. Additionally, please check your Account settings on our website to check if the language is also set to English.
