Lap run time intervals no longer appearing on IOS App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm a long time user/fan of my Fitbit Surge but have recently noticed that the lap run time intervals are no longer appearing on the IOS app.

I run the same course most days and know what time I should be running around my track, however this information is no longer being displayed on the app. All I can see is Cue/Kilometer/Pace - no overall time for the laps. I can see it on my watch when I finish my run, but not on the app.

Even older runs which I know used to display this information no longer show the lap times.

Can someone let me know if I need to change a setting or is this an oversight by FitBit?

Thanks

Hi Marco,

Any chance of an update on this issue? There have been two Fitbit IOS updates since I posted and still no resolution. Still cant see my lap times, only distance and pace.

Thanks Marco

Hi Marco, surely this issue has been addressed by now?

At present, my FitBit Surge is not fit for purpose, or performing as it should be, and it is FitBit who is preventing this from being rectified.

This is a software/programming issue, and is surely not that hard to fix! It used to work fine. Now it doesnt, and FitBit is not doing anything about it.

Is this how you treat your existing customers? Once they have bought your product you forget about them? My surge has been useless for months and FitBit doesnt seem to care about fixing the issue.

Please address this issue ASAP.
