Since installing the latest App update my Fitbit HR will not recognise my active minutes. I am using an I-Phone 8s running IOS 12.3.2.

Anyone else having issues?

I am having issues. It will track my steps but not my heart rate or sleep

Since installing the update, my steps reached 8,389 or so and now it’s subtracting! It’s down at least a 1000 steps! Another issue I’ve had for over a month is the face doesn’t light up- it’s just blank. I got this charge 3 this year in January. Very frustrated!
