Latest app version is syncing slowly.

Since new update, the syncing is at its slowest! So frustrated that it takes so long just to sync a workout. Kindly fix the bugs and please get the app working a lot faster and batter

Thank you for your feedback. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers. If you find the app is syncing slowly, please try the following:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. 
  • Log out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in. 
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might be interfering with the syncing process.
  • Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
