My Fitbit app was hanging on a white screen rather than pairing. I've tried deleting it and it's now hanging on the download. Any suggestions?

Are you getting an error message when you try to download the app or is the app not available in the App Store? Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the App Store or in case you're getting an error message? That would be very helpful for me to check this further.
