Anyone else having problems connecting their fitBit to their iPhone with the latest updates? Everything is molasses slow. Any suggestions on how to fix this or do we just wait until the powers that be solve the problem?

I had the same problem (Fitbit One) after updating the iOS. I removed my Fitbit from the app and then added it like it was new. It worked great and I didn’t lose any data.

I’ve been having nothing but issues with the Fitbit app since updating to iOS 11 as well. The app is constantly crashing. I’ve tried everything from rebooting my Alta, disconnecting, deleting and reinstalling the app, made sure that the app is up to date, nothing is keeping it from crashing. I can see my dashboard fine but if I want to see how I’m doing in a challenge it crashes and closes out. Same with looking into what people have posted in the community, I try to comment or like something and it crashes. It’s very frustration to say the least.
