Hi @safiaely and welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I would first recommend, especially if you have multiple email addresses, make sure that you are logged into the Fitbit App using the email address associated with your Fitbit account.
If this doesn't resolve the problem, I'd them recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup instructions listed here.
