When using my Charge 2, with my fitbit app, I always get this warning, I go to the settings and I can't find anything to turn on. Basically it's a pain, because I'll start my charge 2, start running, then check the app. Only to have this warning showing and the app hasn't started. What is it?

I've been having this problem for quite some time, quite irritating when you're running and want to see your progress on the Fitbit App. I have an iPhone 8 running iOS 13.5.1, and a Fitbit Versa. I may have solved it by turning off the Fitbit setting "Motion & Fitness." It still seems to count my steps, not sure what I use that will be affected, but will follow up if needed. I use Runkeeper to track my running so I don't need it for that.

Disgraceful lack of effort from Fitbit - after many years of Fitbit I’m moving over to Apple.

That doesn’t work - I’m having same issue..I just bought Charge 4, if I can’t resolve I will return watch as it’s very annoying
