Location and blue tooth sharing pop up

Hi, the matter is simple. Every time the app is opened a pop up appears urging me to enable my location and Bluetooth sharing. This might be a handy feature, but the fact of the matter is that the choice is mine. This pop up is bad digital behavior en bullying. So, as said this is a simple matter now: I will NOT enable said features. This pop up will have to go immediately or I will stop using and recommending Fitbit. We can’t abide this kind of behavior and I’m actually surprised by it

I don’t know if there is a correlation, but the rather annoying pop up disappeared almost immediately. That doesn’t mean Fitbit is of the hook. They’re on alert right now. Next strike is out. This is unacceptable. It makes me wondering is there is a new owner or different culture going on at Fitbit. Be aware: consumers are not buying into a culture of profit over user experience. Get with the program or you’re out. Just as easy.
