Logging food eaten yesterday

Is there a way to log food eaten for a day other than today (i.e. Yesterday)?
I've scrolled to yesterday's summary on the dashboard, selected EDIT, selected LOF GOOD EATEN, but the new entries are saved on today's log.

Hi @RMD588 and welcome to the Community.

When you tap on the Food icon on your main dasboard page, you come to a page that shows a graphical representation of your Calories IN and OUT, followed by all the food items consumed today. If you scroll down the page past the current food items, you come to a list of prior dates. Tapping on any date opens up another window showing what you've logged, where you can add items at will in the regular manner.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you, Mystique and TandemWalker for the replies.
Using my iPhone, I followed TandemWalker's suggestion but was unable to add food eaten to a past date because there were no previous entries logged for that date, thus it wasn't in the log and no way to add to it. However, I was able to add food eaten on that day using my pc.
Thanks, again!

Hey there @RMD588, you're absolutely right. I automatically assumed that adding food meant adding missed items to food entries already logged. I was not aware that we couldn't add food entries to a prior day if there's no food log for that day. From the main dashboard page, using the top line to move to a prior day and clicking the Food icon doesn't work either if there's no food logged for that day - and when the page turn, it takes you right back to the current day.

So thank you for the update, and I hope the Fitbit engineers have this on the drawing board for a future update for the mobile platforms.

Have a nice day.

Is there any update on this for mobile? I do not use a PC and very frequently have this issue.  Ty

So I know this is an old thread but I wanted to update anyways for newbies looking for solution. If you click on the plus sign to add food and select the food to add, you will see date under the serving size. You can then select the date from previous days to add the food too. Hope this helps. Took me a bit to figure out.
