Logging in my workout

I just received my charge 2 and was super excited to use it this morning while I worked out. I'm currently doing the 21 day fix workouts. After my morning workout I went into my Fitbit app to make sure my activity was logged in and it wasn't. I tried for over 20 minutes to figure out how to manually log in my workout through the app but was unable to do so. When I got to work I logged in to my account on my desktop computer and there I was able to manually log my workout. I pulled the app up on my phone and, even though I logged my workout manually, it's still not showing up on the app. Is there a way to manually log my exercises in the app? Is there a way to get my manual exercise log online to show up on the app? And, the log is only showing up under the log tab online. It's still showing nothing under the exercise tile on the dashboard online.

Hello @Kmcraft6882, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure to have you in the Community! Smiley Happy

This is a very odd situation, if you have logged an activity on your online Dashboard, the activity should be displayed on the Fitbit app when you tap on the Track Exercise tile. Nevertheless, please try to logout from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in, this should refresh the information so the exercise will show up.

Now, in order to log an activity on the Fitbit app:

  1. Tap on the Track Exercise tile
  2. Tap on the Chronometer icon on the top right corner of the screen
  3. On the next screen select LOG, on the search bar, type your exercise or select it from the Recent list.
  4. Adjust the stats for the activity and then tap on Add (also on the top right corner of the screen)

I hope this information can be helpful, give it a try and feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
