I'm having trouble logging in after I reset my app

@Rachaelf87 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend resetting your password to get access. Go to the log in section and tap on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Email". A link where you can reset your password will be sent to your email address. Also, I heard that someone was having the same issue and he was able to fix it by restarting his Internet router. You can also try that.
