Hi team,
I received a tracker as a gift. Do I downloaded Fitbit app on my iPhone with iOS 10.1 but was unable to create a account. So I created an account online, I am unable to login to the account.

I receive a message stating "please check your email and password are correct.

I am able to login online with the same login

on your iphone be sure to use the full email address as your login and be cautious with "self-capitalization" of the first letter of your password that first time you enter it, the password is case sensitive.
