Losing Bluetooth pairing with iphone 6 daily

Every single day, pretty much at the same time (early evening UK time), the pairing between my Charge 2 and my iphone fails. Eventually I can get it back but often I have to unpair/remove everything and set up from scratch again which means I have to set all my preferences/exercise shortcuts etc up again. Every day!!!!!
Does anyone have any ideas why the Bluetooth connection is dropping out so often?  
All kinds of problems with this Charge 2 that I never had with my old basic One! Not impressed ............

When the connection between your tracker and your phone drops, have you tried to restart your tracker? If so, before pairing your tracker as a new device, I would like to suggest:

 

  • Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, wait for 15 seconds and turn it back on.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere witht he sync process.
  • Restart your phone
  • Enable All-day sync on the Fitbit app by going to Account > Charge 2 > All-day Sync.
