@MrsC88

Do you actually know of the sync finished. Does it show the time of the last sync.

Let me know

Hello @MrsC88, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy. It's always nice to see you around too @ACG

@MrsC88, since when have you experienced this situation? Which tracker are you currently using? At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard and check if your information shows up here after syncing your tracker. If it does, please try the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @MrsC88, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for taking the time to reply. I appreciate you cam back as well @ACG

@MrsC88, I'm very glad your tracker was able to sync. Please remember that Fitbit trackers can store up to 7 days of detailed information, if you were able to sync for the last time on Dec. 7th, you can go back in the Fitbit app or tap each tile individually to check the information from previous days.

In case you experience this issue again, please feel free to reply, I'll be happy to help.
