Lost Data after iPhone Update

Is there any way to recover data on the mobile app after an IPhone update wiped it all out? I hadnt synced my ChargeHR through my computer, was only using the mobile app and now after updating my Iphone, all my month's previous data is gone. It does not show up after syncing with my laptop. Suggestions?

@margeburns Welcome to our community! It's great having your here. I would like to clarify that your information is stored in Fitbit's servers so you can view your information from any computer or mobile phone. What you are describing usually happens when you enter a different email address when logging again into your account from your phone (most members that have this issue usually have a typo when entering their credentials). Try to log out and make sure your email address is correct when logging back into the app.
