I replaced my blaze and now I don’t have my old data.

How did you set up your new Blaze? Could it be that you created a new fitbit account instead of adding the new Blaze to your old account?

No I removed my old blaze and added the new one to my account on the app. Am I not supposed to remove my old tracker?

That shouldn't be the problem although the normal process is to add the new One and it will ask if you want to replace the old one.

Given that all the data is held on the servers rather than the fitbit itself I'm at a loss to explain how it's gone.

It might be worth contacting customer support while you wait for other suggestions:

Never mind. I didn’t sync my old blaze in the last 5 days. The data before then is available. Thanks
