Hi there, I’ve lost my Fitbit. Support and the faq states to go into the wallet and remove the card so it can’t be used.
As the Fitbit is lost it won’t connect … so I’m just getting “Preparing…..” on the screen when I press wallet.
Any help please? Thanks!

Tap the dashboard button at the top of your screen then tap the gear icon in the right corner of your screen. Pick the name of your Fitbit in the drop down menu. Now on the left side of your screen scroll down and you will see Fitbit Pay. Tap the down button on the side and it will expand. Tap deactivate
