Lost all my steps and activities after login

Hi All, Initially my Fitbit we and my app was not in sync with my activities. I read through about restarting /relogging again can help. I logged out of my Fitbit app on my iPhone and logged in again.

my activities on the latest day is only synced. All my previous months activities are gone from June 2020. 

 

Could someone help me on this?

Make sure you logged back in with the same email/ID.  If you ever had another account and logged into that one, it will not see any data from a different email/ID.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yeah, and but different. All previous info remains in the app, but I cannot sync my device with my app.

yeah, as far as I know, it is the same id I use. I had a chat with Fitbit support earlier today. They have moved it to some another queue. Waiting for the solution
