Lost data after migrating account to Google

Thanks Google. I’ve been made to transfer my Fitbit account to a Google account and now I’ve lost all of my data that has been saved for the past 7 years.

@Paulmac59 Thanks for bringing this to my attention. This is odd as your data shouldn't get lost after the migration process. I understand this isn't your case and just to double check, by any chance do you have more than one Google account? I'm asking this as a similar situation happened to me once. I thought I was logging in with the right account but I wasn't, I put a similar one since they were similar.

Assuming that's the case, let me suggest logging out and logging back in using the right email address. 

@NYTravelGal I understand your concern and thanks for the input. As I mentioned to our other friend, your information should remain associated to your account even after migrating as you'll only change the way you access and save this data. To learn more about it, check this help article.
