Hi there @Wags25, welcome aboard to our Community. I wonder if you can share more information from where are missing your steps and miles.

 

Was it when you try to sync your tracker? Did they gone from the mobile app or your tracker' screen?

 

If you are not able to see your tiles, then @SunsetRunner have shared a great piece of advice that will help you to recover your information.

 

Let us know how it goes, I'm sure we can find a solution.
