Lost syncing of charger 3 with iphone

For the last month, I lose syncing between my iPhone and charger 3 every other day. I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting steps to restore syncing. This is now the second day and I cannot sync charger to iPhone. This was a Christmas gift from 2019 and feel frustrated with issues related to charger 3. Funny, I never had problems with my charger 2. Any ideas?

Same issue with my iPhone 8+ and Charge 3 not seeing in Bluetooth.  It’s a pain but still works with my iPad.  Very frustrating and don’t know what to do...either FitBit and/or Apple need to fix!

I've had the same problem since my iPhone 6s Plus updated to the latest iOS a few days ago. Ever since the blue tooth isn't recognizing the Charge 3. Until that moment I had no problems. Both Apple & FitBit need to fix it soon.

Thanks for the input. I also have an iPhone 8 and for some reason this has become a major problem in the last month. Maybe the coranavirius has effected the Fitbit and quarantine might be the answer. Stay well!

Thanks for the input. Since I’ve had this issue for a month and iPhones are made in China, maybe it’s a caronavirius issue. Like Fitbit but compatibility with Apple could be an issue. I don’t want to purchase an Apple Watch as a solution.
