So frustrated. Completed a 60 minute intense Zumba class tonight and while I received steps, the workout stats were not captured. I did however receive a workout for a 20 minute rehearsal that I did for a class that I will teach tomorrow. So annoyed. This is my second Charge 3 and this has happened at least 2 other times!!!!! I don’t have time for this 😡

I understand your frustration. Hopefully this does not happen often. You can manually input your 60 minute intense Zumba class workout so that you can at least get credit for the activity. Here’s how:

  1. Tap the Today tab

    .
  2. On the Exercise tile

    , tap the + icon > Log
  3. Tap a recent activity, or search for an exercise type.
  4. Enter the activity details, and tap Add.

Lets try this troubleshooting step to see if this resolves the issue:

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Charge 3
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

😃I hope this helps and by the way Zumba is so awesome!

Hi there, I’m having similar issues my charge 3 is 5 days old and has stopped tracking exercise time it shows active minutes but does not send to exercise tile I have followed the prompts you have given everyone numerous times with no success, it only tracked the very first day I got it, since has stoped all apps up to date have shut off and reset 3 times I do not want to manually log my exercise hence why I got the Fitbit.
