So frustrated. Completed a 60 minute intense Zumba class tonight and while I received steps, the workout stats were not captured. I did however receive a workout for a 20 minute rehearsal that I did for a class that I will teach tomorrow. So annoyed. This is my second Charge 3 and this has happened at least 2 other times!!!!! I don’t have time for this 😡

Best AnswerHi there, I’m having similar issues my charge 3 is 5 days old and has stopped tracking exercise time it shows active minutes but does not send to exercise tile I have followed the prompts you have given everyone numerous times with no success, it only tracked the very first day I got it, since has stoped all apps up to date have shut off and reset 3 times I do not want to manually log my exercise hence why I got the Fitbit.
