My flex is only 5 months old and the battery been lasted 7-8 days. I sync it ones a day, and it will show me the battery is ok , then when I go check it in the morning or later then that it show the battery low or its dead. I knw the last time u sync it, it will show u what the battery is . But it don't always do that. So If anyone can help me it will b good.

Hey hey hey @SunsetRunner welcome to the Fitbit Community! Cat Very Happy Are your phone and tracker close enough to sync during the day? If not this would make this difficult because your tracker needs to sync to send this notification to the system and have it on your phone or email as a notification.

If your tracker and phone are always connected, I would recommend to uncheck all the options on your settings save it and after check them back and save. Once you've done this, please force-quit the app and log again.
If this doesn't correct the issue, please contact support, they'll be more than glad to assist you.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a wonderful day!

Well I always sync it to my iPhone and I have it set to all day sync. And I been talking with support we the past month about it. I'm waiting for them to tell me what more I can do. I have done everything they all tell me to do. I uninstalled the app , then reinstall it , I log out and but in , I switch accounts and still no email notifications.

Then my battery died. Tried logging on at that time and till couldn't find any reason for not receiving the message. Any ideas?

Hi there @SunsetRunner. Good to see you around!

I just wanted to jump in and see if your problem has been solved. If not, I would recommend checking the notification settings on your online account, not from your app but from your browser. Click on the gear icon, go to Profile and from there, you can go and check all the notification options and after you've saved the changes, make sure to sync your tracker for it to take all the changes. The notifications settings should look as you can see below:

Hope you're back on track by now. Let me know if you need more help.

@sewpie Just as a heads up, I've merged your post into this thread. I'd recommend trying the tips in @FerdinandFitbit's post mentioned here, it should help you out.

I'd also recommend restarting your tracker and rebooting your iOS device too.

Keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!
