Luxe hasn't been syncing with iPhone

It's updated and i've tried all the recommended fixes but it won't sync at all

Thanks for the time taken while troubleshooting your Luxe. I'm sorry this is happening to you and in order to investigate, may I know what error message is displayed? What is the model of your phone? Also, could you confirm if you tried the steps described here?

In the meantime, let's try reconnecting your tracker to the Fitbit app by doing the following:

  1. Forget the Luxe from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your tracker.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Luxe, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
