Manual exercise shuts app down

Hi, apologies, I have searched and cant find anything on this.

I have a HR Charge 2.

When I try to add an exercise manually by tapping the + button, the app closes.

same happens if you open exercise where your weekly stats are and try to add manually there.

any ideas on how to fix please??

How odd. I tried to duplicate the issue on my Fitbit App and I was unable to do so by both the methods you tried to manually add an exercise. My only suggestion would be to log out of the app then force shut the app by swiping up, then shut down your device and restart it. Log back into the Fitbit App and see if that resolves this issue. If it doesn’t my next suggestion would be to uninstall the app and reinstall it by going to the App Store and simply login the way you normally would. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling will not cause you to lose any data.

I gave shut down a couple of times do I will try the uninstall and reinstall and see what happens
