Manually added exercise has no data

Today I forgot to track my workout on my fitbit so I logged it after I was done via the app.  All the exercise details are blank when I click on it. The overview screen also shows my average heart rate was 74 bpm which is wrong.  I had my fitbit on and it was recording my rate the whole time and it was always higher than 74 bpm.

I have an iPhone xr, the phonE, the app, and the band are all running the latest firmware and software. It looks like others might be having the same problem too.

I am having the same issue... I noticed when looking at the overall data then for the day it had transposed the activity to an entirely different time!

Same problem. It records minutes and heart rate but is not linking the I go by time to a manually added activity record.

Me too. I have a Charge 3 and running the most recent Fitbit iOS app that updated on Feb 24th. Manual exercise entry no longer working and it has automatically logged 2 exercise sessions at 3am on consecutive days while I was clearly sleeping. Sleeping heart rate very low, so I don’t know why it thinks I was excercising!
