Having completed several walks of over 50km I’m very disappointed to see that neither the app or website has the tracked maps saved - although on the website there is an icon image of my track showing. Totals for the track are recorded on both app & website. The website also reports internal server error when I try to view my longer tracks. Shorter tracks save correctly & show all km breakdowns on both the app & web. Can’t see why it can’t handle longer tracks. Especially disappointing as yesterday I got 100000 steps & over 700 floors!!
I have a Versa, iPhone 7S with latest OS & latest version of the app.
Please help
