Synced my charge 3 after a weekend away with no other devices and I find there is no data, aside from a mysterious 2;5k steps yesterday (when I walked 8 Km). Deeply annoying. How can I fix this? The Charge 3 is no use if I cannot see the data it records.
App is the iOS one on iPad and I usually sync the devices once a week or so

Thanks for letting me know that your data isn't appearing in your account. I understand how you're feeling as your device should be syncing correctly, let's work on this together. You mentioned to sync your Charge 3 once a week, do you recall if your data was updated in the Fitbit app? Also, did you make sure to have your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?
Currently there isn't an option to recover information that didn't sync with your account, but to ensure this doesn't happen again, please try restarting your Charge 3 and reboot your phone.

Thank you, I had updated both the Fitbit and and the app, so don’t think that was the issue.
