Versa Lite will not sync

I’m pretty frustrated!  My Fitbit will not sync so I tried rebooting everything and deleting it all to restart. Now the app will not find my Versa Lite. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry that your Versa Lite isn't syncing with the Fitbit app, and thank you so much for the steps that you've tried prior posting. You did a great job with them! Yes thank you I have heard from them, we are still trying to solve the issue. Unfortunately it went from bad to worse. Ugh! My device is not responding at all anymore.

Thank you, yes it was determined that my device was defective so they are replacing it. Very good customer service!
