For some unknown reason, two days ago my iphone SE Fitbit App asked me to log in as opposed to the normal opening dashboard page appearing.
As I had not logged in for months I could not remember my password so asked to reset it which I did.
I now can only see the following categories on my dashboard - Cals, track exercise, weight, liquids and food. I have also lost all my history and it just shows 2000 cals for every day for the past few years.
I cannot get it to show sleep, footsteps, etc etc and so the App has become useless to how I was using it.
Any ideas as to what has happened and how I can get the App dashboard to show the information on my Charge 2

Hello @SimonFr, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
If the Fitbit app is missing several tiles after you logged in, please go to Account and make sure if your tracker is listed under your name. If it is, it's possible the tiles are hidden, in which case I would like to suggest you to scroll all the way down and tap on the EDIT button. Any hidden tile will show a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on it to add it to your dashboard.
If your tracker is not listed under your name, please set it up as a new device in order to recover the missing tiles.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @SimonFr, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for taking the time to reply.
Please keep in mind that Fitbit trackers only save detailed information for the last 7 days and general information for 30 days. If you haven't synced in a long time the information available will only be for this period until. It will not retroactively show.
Other thing to mention is that when you swipe to the left on the app, only the main tile (steps, distance, active minutes, floors and calories burned) will show the information from previous days, in order to check information from previous days in the other tabs, please tap on each one. Each screen will show detailed information and a graph so you can compare such information.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, don't hesitate to reply.

Hello @SimonFr, thanks for replying, I hope you're doing well.
If the app is not showing your information, it's possible it's not updating the information correctly with the one stored in our servers, which I'd like to suggest you to check your online Dashboard to verify that your information is still there. If you'd like to check a specific day please type the date after fitbit.com/ in the following format YYYY/MM/DD.
If information is showing, I'd like to recommend the following:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
