I recently got a new phone synced all my apps but my Fitbit app is not showing my sleep tracker or heart icons how do I fix this

@Rachelyt Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved your post to the iOS Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here.

 

If you are missing some tiles on the app's dashboard; they are probably hidden. Check this post to get the steps to get those tiles back. That should certainly help you out.
