Missing steps

My steps record in the app but when I wake up in the morning it shows that my steps are back to zero. How do I get them back

Hello, @Libcal! Welcome to the Forums! Have you tried to log out from the App and log back in?

 

If the issue persits I would suggest you to restart your tracker and try to set it up as a new device.
