Mobile tracking not working in the Fitbit app

I cant find my fitbit at the moment but apparently my mobile tracking isn’t reading anything and I have been carrying my mobile device all day. Whats going on

@Adje82 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your MobileTrack option isn't working. Which phone do you have? Is it compatible with this feature? Remember that you need to set it up first in order to record your steps. You can find more information about this feature here.
