The built in map in the "MobileRun" portion of the IOS app is clearly moving. It does not display my mileage increasing even by a minescule amount. This is laughable because it claims accuracy down to the nearest hundreth (0.00).
Suggestions? Or is the app just broken like normal?

Hi @BTK7,
First, I would recommend making sure that you are on version 2.21 of the Fitbit iOS App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Next, I would recommend opening your iOS settings and making sure that: cell data is turned on, that Background App Refresh is enabled for the Fitbit App, and that location services are turned on for the App too.
You can enable Background App Refresh by: opening your iOS settings > tap 'General' > tap 'Background App Refresh', and make sure that Fitbit is turned on.
Location services can be turned on in your iOS settings by: tapping 'Privacy' > tap 'Location Services' > and make sure that the Fitbit App is either set to 'While Using the App' or 'Always'.
This should help, but keep me posted!
