MobileRun won't track my walks correctly

The app on my iPhone has recently stopped mapping my route when I was to track my walk live. It shows me on the map when I start, but when I finish, it still says I went 0.00 miles. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for sharing these details with me, and let's work on this together. I'd like to share with you that our team is currently rolling out a new update for the Fitbit app, so please check if you have it available in order to install it on your iPhone.

Additionally, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, make sure the location is set to Always and the Background App Refresh is turned on for Fitbit. Then, try tracking a new walk activity using the MobileRun function on the Fitbit app to see if the issue gets resolved.
