MobileTrack not showing steps for some days.

So I've been using the iPhone app, not synced with my Flex, to track my steps lately. I simply haven't remembered to charge the Flex so I use the app in place of it. I have my step count from yesterday, and the day before, but the previous days are all listed as zero. I have random gaps in the step counts throughout the months, actually, where they're all zero. Now I tried logging out and logging back in, and some of the step counts came back, but many are still missing. I ALWAYS allow the app to run in the background, so I don't understand why it could be this way.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello @Chocoholicc, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Do you sync MobileTrack every day? How many times a day? At this moment I would like to suggest you to remove MobileTrack from your account and add it back in order to reset it. Then, please make sure to sync at least once a day and monitor it for the next 48-72 hours to check if any steps is missing after re-adding it.

To remove and re-add MobileTrack:

  1. Go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > MobileTrack
  2. Tap on Remove From Account
  3. Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
  4. Open the app and tap on Account > Set up a New Device
  5. Select MobileTrack and follow the onscreen instructions.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
