MobileTrack not syncing more than 7 days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It looks like I have to open the Fitbit MobileTrack app every 7 days. It seems to only sync a week's worth of data. Why can't it pull step count data older than 7 days? Other apps can pull data without me having to open it every 7 days.

Hello @Glen22, thanks for joining us, it's great to see new faces around. Smiley Happy

Tecnically, MobileTrack works as any other Fitbit device, it can store detailed minute-by-minute data up to 7 days and general data up to 30. Fitbit recommends syncing MobileTrack (or your tracker) on a daily basis to prevent losing information, and for that, opening the app is necessary and won't take more than 30 seconds for the app to gather the information from your phone when using MobileTrack.

I hope this information had been useful, feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
