On both my last phone iPhone 7 and my newer iPhone 8 (and ALSO on my secondary iPhones, with different iCloud accounts- an iPhone 7 then an 8), Ihave set up MobileTrack so many times, but no matter what I try, it won't allow me to sync it.
I have many times removed the MobileTrack and set it back up again, and it will show "Syncing" on the status of my devices page for about 5 seconds and then go back to "Never Synced" - which is always grayed out and -not- clickable so there's absolutely no way whatsoever to initiate a sync. Ever. Close and reopen Fitbit, it stays grayed out "Never synced" on every screen (devices list & device details page for MobileTrack).
I haven't bothered with my Fitbit friend leaderboards in almost a year, and I certainly won't consider getting another Fitbit device when the app is this buggy. I looked through the forums and found nothing close to this issue.

Hello @MysticalSister, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Fitbit > Motion & Fitness and make sure it's enabled. If it's already enabled, disable, restart your phone and enable it back, then try to sync MobileTrack one more time.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
