Monthly/weekly distance not tracking

My Versa 2 is tracking my daily walking distance on the dashboard but when I view the exercise stats it shows distance as zero for weekly or monthly stats even though I’m walking around 5 miles per day. Any ideas anyone?

I noticed that you've been in touch with Customer Support. I'm pretty sure they've done their best to provide a high level of support.
