“My Account” not on my dashboard on iOS, can’t setup new Charge 2

I used to see the My Account tab/button on my Dashboard on my iPhone. I took my older broken Charge 2 off the account, and suddenly I don’t have the My Account tab any more. On the Dashboard screen it says fitbit at the top, then the share icon just below on the right, then it has the calories burned box, etc (no steps or distance)

My new Charge2 was charged for several hours, and Bluetooth is on. I tried turning my phone off and on, removing & reinstalling the fitbit app, removing the app and restarting the phone before reinstalling. 

Once I reinstall and choose log in, the screen looks the same. If I choose join, it takes me to the tracker setup screen, but I have to make a new fitbit account.

Any help?

Just finished a Chat— the My Account icon was functional, but invisible, right above the share icon. “Fitbit is aware of this issue....”

Thanks for posting this.  The support person I chatted with was not aware of the invisible icon.

Double that thanks!   Wouldn't have noticed if my device hadn't stopped syncing.  After deleting to fix and then unable to re-add - I was thinking "I am going crazy... it can't be this difficult?!?!? - what am I missing?!?"  Well - the invisible icon of course :-).

Hi I want to change some of my sertings, but I can not find the account icon in my phone. Im using an iphone 6S... and I think that is why my charge 2 doesnt conmect to my phone during my run sessions. Please your help.

Can’t seem to find my account icon on my iPhone app. Was there and when I deleted my broke. Fitbit charge 2 it disappeared. Trying to set up a new fitbitnand getting very frustrated.

Upper right corner of the main dashboard - rectangular image with a circle and three lines, sorta like an ID card - if it is missing, pretend it is invisible and press it. Some individuals have reported it as being invisible.

I had similar trouble. The “My Account” icon was active but invisible. If your dashboard screen says Fitbit at the top, then just a “share” icon on the right (box with an up arrow,) try tapping above the share icon, to the right of “Fitbit.”
I called support, and they said they were aware of the problem.

I don’t see my account icon and it says it’s invisible above the SHARE. Where is that?

When I had this problem, I tapped in the top right corner, above the icon that looks like a box with an arrow up. There was no My Account icon visible, but it took me to that page. Hope this helps.
