Did that work? My Charge 2 always synced without a problem on my old iPhone. Since I upgraded to the iPhone7, I’ve had the problem. I’ve tried everything and it works for awhile then goes back to not working. Very frustrating.

What if you do not have access to the old phone? I had my friend give me their fit bit. Their old phone is long gone. I try to connect my fitbit to my iphone 7 and its just sits at the connecting screen... tried many times. Also tried restarting the phone, and turning blue tooth on and off

My Charge 2 was working perfectly until the iPhone 7 updated to IOS 11 Friday and now I can't get the Fitbit to pair with the phone or sync just show as searching too.  Very frustrating I have tried.

Turning off Bluetooth and back on

Turning off the phone and back on

resetting the Fitbit by connecting to USB and pressing the button until it shows the logo

Not giving me the option of deleting the device and setting up a new one.

nothing working HELP !!

My Charge 2 will not sync with my iPhone 7 plus either.  I've done everything.  Turned Bluetooth off back on. Reconnected several times. Restarted my fitbit. Deleted the app, re added the app, deleted my device, re added my device.  The only way it works is if I turn my phone off and then back on.  This is more than frustrating!!!  I've searched for solutions but haven't found any that are consistent.   Any new suggestions??  I don't want to turn phone off/on every day.

Hello @Nicdav, thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and letting me know your tracker is unable to be found by the Bluetooth on your phone. If you still have your old phone with you I would like to suggest you to go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device, then go to your new phone and try to sync your tracker on your new phone

Keep in mind that your tracker won't sync nor pair through the Bluetooth on your phone, but through the Fitbit app. Now, if your tracker is not syncing correctly, I would like to suggest you to follow the steps described on my post

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
