My Fitbit Blaze won't syn with my Iphone7

My Fitbit Blaze won't syn with my Iphone7. The last syned was yeaterday (25th Dec). This is frustrating!! I did restart so many times. It did not work. The blaze kepth syncing but did not complete.

 

Please help.

I'm sorry that your Blaze is not syncing properly. Since you've tried to restart and that doesn't work, I will ask you to do it one more time. Make sure you're pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. You should see the Fitbit icon on the display and after that, try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the account section, tap on the "Set up a new device" option, follow the on-screen instructions and see if this works. After that, your tracker should be connected and should sync without any problem.

Neither will mine to a 6 

and all set followed 

blaze actually sitting on phone 

fully charged 

uninstalled and won't re install

Hi Manx,

 

I tried all the step that fitbit team suggested to do but it did not work out for my blaze. So I changed to go back and sync with my iphone 5s. It works , once it connected it let me update the firmware and autometically synced.

 

I switched back to connect with iphone 7 , it works properly so far. I have already send an email to support team. They'll take feedback into consideration and I hope they will fix this fast!
